HGV Owner Drivers Wanted Across the UK

Haulier

With three depots across some of the UK’s largest container ports, our established customer partnerships have increased our requirement for owner drivers and subcontractors.

At Waller Transport, our business model is built on sustainable partnerships with customers and hauliers that maximise empty loads and minimise wasted journeys. However, with more planned and scheduled loads, we also provide consistent work to owner drivers. This is where you could help!

HGV owners – how you could help

If you own – or have access to – a lorry or heavy goods vehicle, then we’re interested in hearing from you. With our vast customer and haulier network we are able to provide you with the work you need to keep you on the road, while also benefitting from working alongside a highly organised, family-run logistics company that has been trading for well over 40 years. Our depots are situated in Ipswich (near the Port of Felixstowe), Hull and Liverpool with much of our work stemming from the adjacent ports. Onward dispatch of palletised goods and more specialist loads such as timber, stone, waste and steel coil makes up much of our day-to-day load planning.

As such, with some of our customers having very specific requirements and more obscure cargo, we would also be interested in hearing from people with access to, or ideally owners of the following vehicle types:

  • Hiabs
  • A-frames
  • Stepframes
  • Tautliners
  • Curtainsiders
  • Extended trailers
  • Skeleton trailers
  • Flatbeds
